Полная занятость, полный день

Responsibilities

​​​​​​

- Managing calendars and organising meetings, appointments, and calls

- Full travel support (booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation)

- Managing databases and filing systems

- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

- Interaction with the team on various tasks

- Working with graphic designers and freelancers

- Help in coordinating and organising events

We need you if:

- You have advanced level of English

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience

- BA/BS Degree in Life Sciences - a great plus

- You can think fast and act fast

- You have exceptional organisational and time management skills

- You are proactive and take the initiative in your own hands

The final decision will be made relying on two major factors: either your English is perfect, and when we say it, we mean it. You do not make mistakes in both oral and written communication, and try to avoid, ok, let's call it Russian English in your speech. This is crucial. It's either English, or your relevant scientific background and experience, applicable to what we do.
